How do I wash my pocket?
It is best to wash your pocket in cold water, but don't worry, it won't shrink. For a more "swell" look, don't hesitate to iron your pocket, because a pleated pocket is never a winner.
I want to make a pocket for my business, is it possible?
It's possible! Write to us at kateri@pochesetfils.com , she will give you all the necessary information. Or better yet, fill out this form .
Do you have any certification?
Well yes! We are certified Product of Quebec :
Manufactured product for which at least 85% of the direct costs related to the purchase of inputs (including raw materials), their processing and their assembly are incurred in Quebec. In addition, the last substantial processing of the product must be carried out in Quebec.
Payment
What should I do if I no longer have access to my shopping cart and I have not paid?

What payment methods do you accept?
In our early days, we accepted gold coins. Today, we have to limit the payment methods to "electronic piastres": credit card.
What if I forgot to enter my promo code?
Simply contact us via info@pochesetfils.com, we will take care of your pocket!
Order error
What should I do if I made a mistake in my address?
The first thing would be to get out of the house that is not yours… Then, just send us a detailed email with the correct address at info@pochesetfils.com, including the order number and/or invoice within 48 hours of purchase. If the deadline is exceeded and the package has already been shipped, it is possible that additional costs will be charged to you for the second shipment.
I just ordered, and I think I selected the wrong size/color/model/pocket!
Write to us at info@pochesetfils.com mentioning your name and your order # or your invoice as well as the modification to be made. Hurry up for example, your order could already be in the truck!

Delivery by envelope (1 t-shirt) in Canada without tracking number: $7
Expedited parcel delivery to Canada with tracking number: $12
Free delivery for all purchases of $99 or more.
Outside of Canada:
10 to 15 business days.
USA: $25
International: $40
NB: Working days do not include public holidays and weekends.
How does the Pickup work in the workshop?
The Pickup service (pick up your order in person) at the workshop is available on any purchase on our site. Pickup orders are generally produced in priority, but they still have a delay before being ready. The order pickup schedule follows that of the workshop: Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our address is 5425 Rue de Bordeaux Local 104, Montréal, QC H2H 2P9.
Which supplier makes your deliveries?
Canada Post is the proud distributor of our bags. Aka, Canada Bags.
My tracking code is not working!
Following receipt of the shipping confirmation email, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours before the tracking code is activated by Canada Post. If you received the confirmation email in the last few hours, it is completely normal that it is not yet active. So, don't panic, your order has left our offices and is now in the hands of Canada Post! If your tracking code is still not active after 48 hours or if your code is active, but your order seems blocked, please write to us at info@pochesetfils.com and we will resolve the problem with Canada Post.
Returns
How do returns work?
Free returns and exchanges for products that have not been worn, washed, wet and that have been ordered in the last 45 days. No refunds, returns will be exchanged for a gift card. EXCLUSIONS: Returns are available on all products EXCEPT customizable pockets, mystery pockets, socks, masks and sale products, which are final sales. What to do if there is a defect?
Send a photo of the product with the defect to info@pochesetfils.com specifying the order number in your message.

What is the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum quantity.
For any order of 50 units or less, in order to save costs, you can create your sweater yourself with the help of our online tool here .
You can also work with us to create the concept, for a few bucks more.
For orders of 50 units or more, please complete this form .
What do I need to provide?
If you already work with a graphic designer, you can provide the visual or logo you want on your pockets and indicate what type of sweater from the Poches & Fils range you want (round neck t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, etc.)
If you don't have a design and would like us to create a concept for you in the Poches et Fils style, indicate this in this form .
How long does it take?
The entire process takes approximately 30-45 days, from the time the form is submitted until your order is received.
