Production times for customizable products are up to 12 business days (excluding time required for delivery). Delivery times are at the discretion of Canada Post and Nationex.
Returns
Free return and exchange for products that have not been worn, washed, wet and that have been ordered in the last 45 days. No refunds, returns will be exchanged for a gift card.
EXCLUSIONS: Returns are available on all products EXCEPT customizable pockets, mystery pockets, personalized retro prints, socks, masks and sale products, which are final sale.
